Walsall Disability Forum staff

WDPC is home to two part-time staff employed by WDPC and funded through a local development plan (LDP) of Walsall Primary Care Trust (PCT). The Development Officer is tasked with ensuring that the voice of disabled people is ever present in the affairs of he local council and the Borough in general and of developing projects which have a significant impact on the lives of people with disabilities and impairments. The Membership officer’s task is to ensure that the 40+ member organisations and associations of the Forum play an active role and are in good communication with the forum so that the Forum can be a force for development of access and facilities for all disabled people in the Borough.
